Right now you are looking at the monitor. How long have you been doing this today? Do you give yourself enough breaks? What do you do to get some healthy exercise? _________________ PHP Link Directory |

I'm usually pretty bad with breaks.
I tend to get in "the zone" when i am upto my eyeballs in code!
Though recently I have been forcing myself to go outside every couple of hours and take a swim in our pool |
