Forum Spam = Adsense Problems?

I just noticed today a forum that I own that I hadn't checked in a long time was hit with massive porn spam. I wonder if this could lead to trouble with google adsense?

I'm still cleaning the forum. It will take at least an hour.

I find that interesting because I went to a forum that was bombarded by porn popups last night. I teach depression awareness and the person who set up this forum asked me to check it out. Seems to odd to be a coincidence.

I had major problems with forums on another site a while back using a not so secure forum software, learnt my lesson real quick!

Have you got anti-bot protection in place?
You could also try humanizing the registration form and post a message form?

It also makes bad impression to the users about the forum. people wont be happy to be on such forums.

It wouldn;t really affect your google adsense account unless they created a new bot to start clicking your ads repeatedly after posting their SPAM messages and stuff. You should be more worried about loosing your members right now.

Spam is a massive issue on forums, there are always new tweaks that can be made with them though.
