Php seems to be on the decline which do you prefer and why?

I don't see how PHP is on a decline. Maybe there is an increase of windows servers out there, but there are so many web applications that run PHP, and new applications are being created everyday. A quick perusal of www.hotscripts.com can give you a pretty good idea of how large PHP has become.

I would have to agree too. Php is on the rise in my opinion.

When I first studied IT in TAFE, I used ASP, then I went to RMIT and I studied PHP and then I got hooked on.

PHP is always my first choice

I dont actually know how to code either, but my site runs on php and I find it easy and very fuctional.

I never used asp before, because i haven't really looked at it before. PHP is my favourite because it's easy to use and to learn. Smile
